Tuffet Class (18" Round ) 2 Sessions
Make an 18" Round Tuffet in 2 sessions. Kit includes everything except Fabric.
Bring your own sewing machine, Rotary cutter, and small scissors, PLUS either a Jelly Roll, or (32) 2.5 inch strips of fabric 45" wide (WOF). (These strips will be cut on the fold, rendering 64 pieces which you'll use on your Tuffet. You may also purchase fabric/a jelly roll from our shop.
If you are using your own precut fabric, you can cut 64 pieces to 2" x 21". This will work just fine.
Other materials needed:
- Bring/purchase 1-1/4" Muslin
- 18" squared piece of fabric for the base.
- 6" squared piece of fabric for your button.
In the first session, you will construct 2 of the 8 panels.
During the week, you will finish the other six, and sew the 8 panels together.
In the second session, you will put the Tuffet together, and will take a completed Tuffet home.

| Requirements: | BYOM (Bring your own sewing machine), matching thread - 64 strips of fabric at least 2" x 21"each (You can also opt for a Jelly Roll. Please cut 32 of the strips down the fold, to have your 64 strips ready for the class). - 6" x 6" piece of fabric to cover your button 1.25 yards of Muslin to iron your fusible pattern onto. 18" Square of fabric for underside (class includes free embroidery by Coastal Stitches) Add a Quarter Ruler (can be purchased from the shop if you don't have one). Bring a snack for lunch |
