Create a fun and easy pinwheel tote with the Lil' Twister Tool using precut charm squares.
FABRIC (42/44" wide). Cotton quilting fabric recommended
30 x 5" precut squares or 2/3 yard of fabric to cut your own squares.
1 yard coordinating fabric for lower exterior, handles, and interior pockets
1/2 yard** fabric for interior
